According to the Wall Street Journal “Americans traditionally want to visit the house they’re buying. That is changing fast.” We are definitely experiencing this phenomenon in Charleston. Potential buyers are looking at properties on the major real estate websites, and then contacting their agent. At Poston & Co. we make sure that we have professional photographs and/or videos on all of our listings. We also offer to set up a virtual showing via FaceTime or Zoom to walk through the house with the potential buyer or their agent and answer any questions.
